Lacey was born in 1976 and studied graphic design before she decided to turn exclusively to photography after graduating from London College of Printing. She still doesn’t have a website (under construction), but has her own studio in East London and has been shooting beauty, fashion and still life and making editorials for British Vogue, US Harpers Bazaar, Muse, Vanity Fair, etc.
As for this one, I find the contrast between the girl’s pale expression and the intensity of so many mixed colors pretty interesting and original. Still, some days I wish the expressions of the models would win over the intensity and originality of styling, make up and hairstyle…I imagine that being a model is being an artist!

HH
Wow… This pics are amazing! I especially love the second and third pictures.
WOW! Gorgeous.
Some of her work is well done but other shots not so enthralling. She does need a website because I can’t gather enough info on her from this entry and her own blog.
For some reason I’m also not big on the white tee shirt…the shirt should be just as colorful in these pictures, or the shirt begone and it becomes a nude image.
Very interesting.. I enjoyed the photos..
Beautiful!!
ha these are pretty cool! i wonder what would happen if she smiled…i bet the dynamics of the photo would shift drastically…
yeahh..that was exactly what I was thinking
I wonder what all those pigments did to her complexion? I’m such a dork to think about that after looking at those gorgeous photos, but I’m just sayin’.
The second to last one is definitely pretty, but I agree with michaelchernoff in that the white shirt is a bit of a distraction, and not in a good way.
They are beautiful and I hope that she will hurry and finish the website so that we can get more insight of her photography.
third and fifth ones are amazing :]
I love pics 2, 3, and 6, but they are all beautiful. Thank you for this.
Welcome!!… Let us share the beautiful things in our lives!
Great shoot. The fifth one seems to really emote. Love the colors and I love the boldness of the last shot.
Looks nice, in art perspective but last one made her look a bit huge lipped, just an opinion.
Well, I don’t mind huge lips, I love them, but you might be right that they look a bit unnatural..But after all it’s the art perspective that we’re here for
thats kinda trippy
What a remarkable contrast in mediums. Very evocative!
Love the colours..3rd and 6th are the winners
huiiiiiii, 6_6…V
Love these pics! I ran across it randomly and think they’re amazing!! How utterly creative and expressive.
